The 4,400-square-foot home at 1085 5th St. listed at $9.95 million. Designed by Aspen- and Boulder-based Studio B, the home features a dramatic Alpine context with steeply pitched roofs and glass walls. The single-level home sits at the base of Flagstaff on a secluded .75-acre lot.
