EverWest Real Estate Investors purchased the two-building, 194,710-square-foot Central Connection industrial complex at 1550 and 1210 E. 73rd Ave. in Adams County for $39 million from a joint venture of Comunale Properties and institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Both buildings are fully leased. Tenants include Peloton, Newcomb Spring Corp. and Epicurean. Jeremy Ballenger, Jim Bolt, Tyler Carner and Jessica Ostermick of CBRE represented the seller.

571 Santa Fe LLC purchased 571 N. Santa Fe Drive in Denver for $1.7 million from Norma and GPR Butvilofsky. The building is occupied by Mexican restaurant Santiago’s.

Ulterra Drilling Technologies leased 4,732 office square feet at 518 17th St., Suite 1525, in Denver. Ana Sandomire and Peter Knisely of NAI Shames Makovsky represented the landlord.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

925 S Pearl Stt LLC purchased nine multifamily units at 925 S. Pearl St. in Denver for $2.15 million from Meek Property Holdings LLC. Chris Knowlton, Mark Knowlton and Jim Knowlton represented the seller.

Funderburg Family Revocable Trust purchased the 180-unit storage facility at 1521 Oswego St. in Aurora for $2 million from Milkin Corp. and Karen Milkin. Quentin Shore, Chris Knowlton and Jim Knowlton represented the buyer.

70 Ranch LLC purchased 7,934 industrial/flex square feet at 2240 S. Broadway in Denver for $1.975 million from Almore LLC. Paul Nora and Jamie Mitchell represented the buyer.

MDSK Holdings LLC purchased the 4,800-square-foot industrial condos at 4455 W. 48th Ave. in Arvada for $1.15 million from W.A. Wood Shop LLC. Keith Lenz represented the seller.

Capstone reports the following deal:

1725 S Pearl St LLC purchased 9,380 square feet of land at 1719 and 1725 S. Pearl St. in Denver for $1.5 million from James Glen Davis and Charlotte A. Elich. Benton Adams brokered the transaction.

Lincoln Property Co. reports the following deals:

MGX Equipment leased 26,678 square feet at 18000 E. 22nd Ave. in Aurora. Sam Slaton and Mark Dwyer represented the tenant.

Dinsmore & Shohl leased 15,382 square feet at 1775 Sherman St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord.

Computer Enterprises leased 1,638 square feet at 475 17th St. in Denver. Andrew Piepgras, Peter Thomas and Scott Caldwell represented the landlord.
