Pivot Energy, a developer of solar energy projects, leased 22,628 office square feet at 1601 Wewatta St. in Denver. Andrew Blaustein and Josh Pons of Newmark represented the tenant. Chris Phenicie and Allison Berry of CBRE represented the landlord.

Income-restricted housing developer Gorman & Co. purchased 1.5 acres at 1900 S. Osage St. and 1901 S. Navajo St. in Denver for $5.1 million from Ruby River LLC and Ruby River Navajo LLC. Boson Weir and Patrick Henry of Henry Group Real Estate were involved in the transaction.

RFMX Corp. and RFMX Warehouse & Distribution LLC leased 265,361 industrial square feet at 4221 N. Monaco St. in Denver. Brian Cox of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Jessica Ostermick of CBRE represented the landlord.

NavPoint Real Estate Group reports the following deals:

Cultura Holdings LLC purchased 7,400 industrial square feet at 2001-2009 S. Cherokee St. in Denver for $1.765 million from Winnphal LLC. Mike Quinlan represented the buyer. Brian Basham of Basham Investments represented the seller.

Divine Homes Denver LLC purchased 4,672 flex square feet at 7108 S. Alton Way, Building H, in Centennial for $1.078 million from One PM LLC. Matt Kulbe and Jordan Burgess represented the seller. Dana Goldfarb of Re/Max Professionals represented the buyer.

SimonCRE C550 III LLC purchased 0.85 acres at the northeast corner of Prairie Hawk Drive and Sol Danza Drive in Castle Rock for $1.085 million from Nguyen Partners LLC. Mike Quinlan represented the seller. Jake Schisel and Courtney Key of SullivanHayes represented the buyer.
