Englewood 145 MP RK6 LLC ℅ Remedy Medical Properties Inc purchased 145 Inverness Drive East for $25.5 million from Tech Center MOB LLC. 

Englewood 135 MP RK6 LLC ℅ Remedy Medical Properties Inc purchased 135 Inverness Drive East in Englewood for $12 million from VBE RE LLC.

Christian Brothers Automotive Corp. purchased 0.92 acres at 6800 S. Pierce St. in Littleton for $725,000 from 6800 South Pierce LLC. Mike Quinlan of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer. John Weisiger and Jim Lee of CBRE represented the seller.

Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deal:

GFT AG LLC purchased the 19-unit Car Crossing apartment building at 1091 Carr St. in Lakewood for $6.775 million from Carr Street Residence LLC. Josh Newell represented the seller. Jim Knowlton represented the buyer.

Maple Manor Inv LLC purchased the 24-unit apartment building at 1400 W. Mississippi Ave. in Denver for $3.7 million from 1400 West Mississippi LLC. Josh Newell represented the seller. Connor Knutson and Jake Waxter represented the buyer.

Pinnacle Lilley LLC purchased the 24-unit Woodlawn Apartments at 1085 W. Lilley Ave. in Littleton for $3.84 million from Lilley Apts LLC. Greg Price and Spencer Shaffer represented the seller. Boomer Beatty represented the buyer.
