- 1) Archway Communities purchased the 13-story, 88-unit Montview Manor apartment building at 1663 Steele St. in Denver for $6.5 million from Montview Building Corp., an affiliate of Montview Presbyterian Church. The 88-year-old building houses residents aged 62 and up.
2) Yarec Colorado LLC purchased the Buffalo Wild Wings property at 4995 Factory Shops Blvd. in Castle Rock for $2.525 million from Niki Castle Rock LLC. Drew Isaac and Ian Hicks of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Tom Ethington of Blue West Capital represented the buyer.
3) NexCore Group purchased a 4.55-acre lot at RidgeGate Station in Lone Tree. The buyer plans to build a senior living complex. Elizabeth Morgan, Cody Stambaugh and Natalie Dupree of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer.
