New Broncos team president Damani Leech purchased a Cape-Cod style Observatory Park home for $4 million in November.

Leech, 46, joined the Broncos in August after the Walton-Penner ownership group finalized buying the team for $4.65 billion.

Leech spent nearly seven years with the NFL, including more than two years serving as the chief operating officer of NFL international. He also spent 17 years working for the NCAA, including two years as the managing director of championships.

Gina Lorenzen and Kara Couzens with Kentwood Real Estate listed the 7,355-square-foot home at 2358 S. Columbine St. in Denver for $4.1 million in September.

Lorenzen says the home, constructed in 2020, is filled with sunlight and sits in an ideal location.

“It’s a stunning house,” she says. “The property speaks for itself. With its classic styling, it had all the elements that make it appealing.”

The home boasts wide-planked hardwood floors, cross-beamed ceilings, five bedrooms with en suite baths, a kitchen with Antolini Azerocare white Carrara countertops and three fireplaces, including one outdoors on a pergola-covered flagstone patio.

Leech and his wife, Tamara Leech, a former associate professor of public health at Montclair State University and a 2022 Andrew Carnegie Fellow, have two daughters.

According to property records, the Leeches purchased the Denver house from Katherine R. Horvitz.
