1. PDC Energy subleased 108,549 square feet across floors 13 to 17 at Granite Tower at 1099 18th St. in Denver from Occidental Petroleum. PDC later expanded onto floor 19 to accommodate its acquisition of Great Western Petroleum. Jamie Roupp, Andy Ross, and Maddy Stevenson of JLL represented the landlord.

2. TA Realty purchased 340,960 industrial square feet on 15 acres at 11777 E. 55th Ave. and 11475 E. 53rd Ave. in Denver for $33 million from institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives. Jeremy Ballenger, Tyler Carner, Jim Bolt and Jessica Ostermick of CBRE represented the seller.

3. Aether Apparel has opened a 1,400-square-foot store in Basecamp Market Station in downtown Denver.

CBRE reports the following deal:

TA Realty purchased 340,960 industrial square feet on 15 acres at 11777 E. 55th Ave. and 11475 E. 53rd Ave. in Denver for $33 million from institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives. Jeremy Ballenger, Tyler Carner, Jim Bolt and Jessica Ostermick represented the seller.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Billings Street Apartments LLC purchased Shadow Tree Apartments at 1800 Billings St. in Aurora for $18 million from Shadow 2018 LLC. Jason Hornik and Greg Price were involved in the transaction.

JLL reports the following deal:

Parkview Realty purchased 32,297 retail square feet at Shoppes at Parker Commons at 2701-2787 S. Parker Road in Aurora for $8.25 million from Special Servicer LNR Partners LLC. The property was 92 percent leased. Jason Schmidt represented the seller.

NorthPeak Commercial Advisors reports the following deals:

The Napoleon LLC purchased seven multifamily units at 832-834 Emerson St. in Denver for $1.24 million from Ford Living Trust. Dan Hawthorne represented the buyer.

Mushtaq Basheer and Aleksandra Basheer purchased three multifamily units at 936 N. Ogden St. in Denver for $995,000 from Blue Wheel Technology Partners LLC. Keith Hardy represented the seller.
