The Ascent Apartments at 8400 E. Yale Ave. in Denver sold for $58.1 million.

Avanath Capital Management purchased the 168-unit Ascent Apartments complex at 8400 E. Yale Ave. in Denver for $58.1 million from MIG Real Estate. Andy Hellman, Justin Hunt, Kevin Mckenna, Saul Levy, Chris Hart and Jessica Graham of CBRE represented the seller.

Death and Glory Skate Shop leased 5,000 square feet at 1760 S. Broadway in Denver. The business previously operated at 935 W. 11th Ave. Molly Bayer of CBRE arranged the lease.

NGP VII Aurora CO LLC purchased 16401 E. CentreTech Parkway in Aurora for $17.8 million from EGP 16401 Aurora LLC.

Blue West Capital reports the following deal:

Jeff and Julie Friedman Family Trust purchased 1346 New Beale St. in Castle Rock, leased to Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, for $4 million from FCRL RE LLC. Zach Wright and Brandon Wright represented the seller.

Madison Commercial Properties reports the following deal:

MLJ Investments LLC purchased the 3,893-square-foot day care facility building at 4721 Industrial Way in Castle Rock for $3.6 million from Gods Gifts LLC. Nick Jurgens and Brian Costello represented the buyer.

Lee & Associates reports the following deals:

Arcane Industries LLC purchased 14,760 industrial square feet at 1680 E. 69th Ave. in Adams County for $2.7 million from YTTC LLC. John Propp represented the seller.

Elite Roofing Supply – CO LLC leased 4,500 industrial square feet at 12255 N. Dumont Way in Littleton. Ron Webert of Lee & Associates Denver and Brett Swartzbaugh of Cushman & Wakefield Irvine represented the tenant.

Column Commercial Properties reports the following deal:

Moonshot leased 3,434 office square feet at 3501 Blake St., Suite 200, in Denver. Stryker Lewis represented the tenant. Betsy Wagner of Doorkeeper Properties represented the landlord.

Keith Petterson leased 4,039 retail square feet at 1549 Wadsworth Blvd. in Denver. Isaiah Mayfield acted as transaction broker.
