A partnership between Biynah Industrial Partners and Platform Ventures purchased a 12.2 acre trailer/storage yard property at 1100 W. 64th Ave. in Denver for $9.5 million from Prime Inc. Steve Hager, Matt Trone and Joey Trinkle of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer and are now handling leasing efforts.

2. 7610 Caley LLC purchased the Greenwood Plaza apartment complex at 7610 E. Caley Ave. in Centennial for $106.7 million from WRPV XII Greenwood Plaza LLC.

3. Stacey James Salon Institute Inc. leased 12,678 retail square feet at 8555 W. Belleview Ave., units 2614 and 2616, in Littleton. Mike Quinlan of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the tenant.

18799 East 65 (Co) Owner LLC purchased AlfaCharlie Modern Apartments at 18799 E. 65th Ave. in Denver for $81 million from Echelon High Point LLC. Dan Woodward, Dave Potarf, Matt Barnett and Jake Young represented the seller.

Capstone reports the following deals:

Reliance Multifamily purchased the 51-unit Sunset Ridge at 4100 S. Hooker St. in Sheridan for $12.9 million from Sunset Ridge Veterans Inc. Benton Adams, Sean Holamon and Adam Riddle represented the seller

Highland Builders LLC purchased 11,875 square feet of land at 3425 W. Colfax Ave. in Denver for $1.2 million from Cradick Auto Investments LLC. The buyer plans a 30-unit apartment building. Tony Bobay and Travis Hodge represented the buyer and seller.

12628 Brighton Partners LLC purchased 30,525 industrial square feet on 22 acres at 12628, 12706 and 12750 WCR 4 in Brighton for $9.3 million from Tri- County Real Estate Acquisitions, LLC. The property is fully leased. Travis Ackerman represented the seller.

Home Silk Shop Inc. purchased 53,167 industrial square feet at 4429-4477 Glencoe St. and 4444-4448 Forest St. in Denver for $8.4 million from I-70 Glencoe Forest RLLP. Sandy Feld represented the seller. Michael Bloom and Matt Dorsten of Michael Bloom Realty Co. represented the buyer.

Tree Well Holdings LLC purchased 2,209 office square feet at 3457 Ringsby Court, Unit 108, in Denver for $995,000 from NIMBL Holdings LLC. R. Craig Myles represented the seller. R. Gail Hamilton of Commercial Advisors LLC represented the buyer.
