2. IDS GeoRadar leased 32,237 square feet at 11111 W. 6th Ave. in Lakewood. Mark Dwyer of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord.

3. CH Realty X/MF Denver Canyon Owner LLC purchased the Canyon Reserve at the Ranch apartment complex at 2890 W. 116th Place in Westminster for $93.5 million from Continental Realty Group.
