An apartment complex that began construction during the pandemic is still on track to be completed by the first quarter of 2022, according to the project website.
Minnesota-based Opus Development is developing 1919 Mile High Apartments at 550 W. 19th Ave. It broke ground on the building in April 2020.
The 12-story building will have 277 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. 1919 Mile High Apartments sits between Mile High stadium and Turntable Studios apartments along I-25 south.
It will offer an outdoor pool and kitchen area, a two-level fitness center, a golf simulator and game room, work-from-home stations, a ski tuning and waxing station and 288 parking spaces for tenants.
