An architecture and engineering firm is moving its headquarters to a new space in Greenwood Village.

Galloway & Company has signed a lease for 34,000 square feet of the 71,000-square-foot office building at 5500 Greenwood Plaza Blvd., according to Transwestern Real Estate Services, whose broker David Schapiro represented the landlord in the deal.

Galloway’s showroom headquarters is currently at 6162 S. Willow Drive.

Galloway will move in by the end of 2021, according to Transwestern. The company did not respond to a request for comment by press time.

JLL brokers Tim Bourdelais and Mike Rooks represented the tenant.

The building, 5500 Greenwood, is owned by Denver-based Focus Property Group, which purchased it in 2018 for $10 million. Other tenants in the building include Focus’ Enterprise Coworking concept, eBags and Trade Financial LLC.

Galloway has three regional offices in Colorado, two in Utah and one in California. The firm designs projects for several uses including residential, sports and fitness, mixed use and retail and commercial real estate.

Galloway has developed projects such as VASA Fitness, Dutch Bros Coffee, the Promenade at Castle Rock and Culver’s Burgers.
