2955 Vallejo Street LLC purchased the 18-unit apartment building at 2955 Vallejo St. in Denver for $4.85 million from 2955 Vallejo LLC. Brandon Kaufman and Nik McCarter represented the seller. Sean Holamon represented the buyer.

Babs Properties LLC purchased four multifamily units at 534 Logan St. in Denver for $1.5 million from Logan LLC. Benton C. Adams represented the buyer. Nik MacCarter represented the seller.
