The director of local real estate firm SVR Real Estate has listed his condo on the 34th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences tower for $3.9 million.
Christian Dinsdale, who started SVR with his family in 2016, listed the 3,300-square-foot condo with three bedrooms and four bathrooms at 1133 14th St. on Oct. 30. He purchased the unit in 2018 for $3.5 million, according to property records.
The Four Seasons building features a hotel on its first 16 floors, a private fitness center for residents on the 17th floor and residences from the 18th through 44th floors. Condos on the 30th floor and up are referred to as “estates” because of their larger floor plans, according to listing agent David DiPetro with Compass.
“The best aspect of this estate by far is the panoramic west-facing unobstructed corner views of the mountains,” DiPetro said. “It’s an entertainer’s dream, and the sunsets are awesome. It feels like an estate in the sky.”
The unit is one of four on the 34th floor, and has the most popular floor plan in the building, according to the listing agent.
SVR’s holdings include the Littleton building used by coworking firm Shift Workspaces, according to the Colorado Real Estate Journal.
Address: 1133 14th St. Unit 3400, Denver
Listing price: $3.9 million
Stats: The unit sprawls over 3,300 square feet and features a 300-square-foot terrace.
The finer things: The 34th-floor condo includes two guest suites with their own bathrooms and a separate wing for the master suite with a five-piece bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features Miele appliances.
The owner will have access to the hotel’s five-star spa and gym, room service, housekeeping, concierge services and valet parking.
“That’s another perk,” DiPetro said. “No other place, regardless of the price point, offers what the Four Seasons does.”
Seller: Christian Dinsdale
Listing agents: David DiPetro and Alex Chapman with Compass
