Dayton, Ohio-based The Connor Group purchased the 300-unit apartment complex Broadstone Lowry at 8505 Lowry Blvd. in Denver for $105 million from Alliance Residential. Terrance Hunt, Shane Ozment, Amanda Meldrum and Craig Ratterman represented the seller.

Trion Properties reports the following deal:

Trion Properties purchased the 288-unit apartment complex The View at North Peak at 10701 N. Pecos St. in Northglenn for $38 million. It’s the company’s first acquisition in the Denver market. Craig Stack of Colliers represented both buyer and seller.

CBRE reports the following deal:

MHVQ Holding LLC purchased the Sublime and Patina apartment buildings at 59 and 65 Ogden St. in Denver for $4.99 million from DNVProp2 LLC. Robert Bratley represented the buyer.

National Behavioral Health Clinic LifeStance Health Inc. signed eight new leases, and expanded an existing location, between Littleton and Fort Collins. New leases include 3,254 square feet at 8015 W. Alameda Ave, Suite G50, in Lakewood and 2,998 square feet at 8300 Alcott St., Suite 101, in Westminster. Matt Patyk, Melanie Davis, Annah Moore and Emmett Purcell represented the tenant.

Kimberly Apartments LLC purchased the 25-unit Golden Leaf Apartments at 1613 Allison St. in Lakewood for $4.09 million from Golden Leaf Development LLC. Brian Haggar represented the buyer.
