A Hamptons-inspired estate in Cherry Hills Village snagged the top of the list of priciest residential sales in the Denver metro area last month.
The 10,666-square-foot mansion, located at 1701 E. Tufts Ave., sold for $4.8 million on June 23. It sits on 2.4 acres, and features six bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Recently renovated, the property comes with a new gourmet kitchen and master bathroom. It has a coastal-style design with cool-tone siding, white columns and stonework accents on the exterior, and lots of natural light on the interior.
“This is a magical house; it’s as if it were plucked from a storybook,” listing agent Janet Kritzer said. “My favorite aspects are the extraordinary setting, the beautiful Hamptons and Cape Cod tones, and the recent renovations by the sellers.”
The home was purchased by Nicole and Tyler Sherman, according to public records. Sellers Randall Lynch and Wendy Browning-Lynch paid $3.87 million for the property in 2018. Lynch is the chief financial officer at DigitalGlobe, a Westminster-based geospatial services provider, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Kritzer with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller, and Amy Frankmore with Compass represented the buyer.
