Hilldale Holdings LLC purchased the 15,140-square-foot office building at 2186 S. Holly St. in Denver for $1.365 million from 2186 S Holly LLC. Brandon Paxton represented the buyer.

Girl Mogul LLC purchased the 3,425-square-foot office building at 1658 York St. in Denver for $650,000 from Rock House LLC. Tim Finholm and Sam Leger represented the seller. Kit Eschner of Re/Max Urban Properties represented the buyer.

HRW Holdings Inc purchased the 12-unit apartment building at 1536 York St. in Denver for $1.985 million from Gran Ventures Ltd. Erik Toll and Christian Burgdorf represented the buyer.

Marcus & Millichap reports the following deal:

Panorama Park LLC purchased the seven-unit multifamily property at 3440 Depew St. in Wheat Ridge for $1 million from Panorama Court Apartments LLC. Greg Price and Corey Anderson represented the seller.

Clovers Car Wash Inc purchased property at 128th and Grant Drive in Thornton for $430,264 from Grant Drive LLC. Heather Taylor represented the buyer.
