A Littleton plumbing company has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Vision Plumbing said in a June 15 filing that it owes around $2.2 million to approximately 10 creditors. The company listed assets of $496,707.
Chapter 7 bankruptcies are typically a liquidation process, with a trustee appointed to oversee a sale of the debtor’s assets.
Raymond Kelley is listed as the company’s owner and president, with offices at 5270 Fox Meadow Drive in Littleton.
Aurora Winnelson, a plumbing supply wholesaler, is among the company’s largest creditors; the bankruptcy filing said Vision Plumbing owes more than $1 million for “materials and promissory notes.”
Vision Plumbing also owes $528,244 to Ferguson Enterprises, a major U.S. plumbing distributor.
Aaron Conrardy of Littleton’s Wadsworth Garber Warner Conrardy is representing Vision Plumbing in the bankruptcy proceedings. He did not respond to a request for comment.
