The two-story home, located at 1 Cantitoe Lane, sits on 5.2 acres and spans 15,682 square feet, according to a listing. It features six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, high ceilings with reclaimed beams and a gourmet kitchen.
The home sold March 18 to Brady McShane and Samantha Caldwell, according to public records.
McShane is a shareholder at Denver-based law firm Greenberg Traurig, according to the company’s website, and Caldwell is a corporate secretary and associate general counsel for Denver-based DaVita, according to her LinkedIn profile.
The seller purchased the property in 2017 for $4.25 million, according to records.
Linda Behr with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller.
