Zocalo Community Development’s apartment complex under construction in RiNo now has a name.
Edit at River North is going up at the corner of Walnut and 35th streets, within the development hot spot that is the area around the 38th and Blake commuter rail station.
When completed next year, the 13-story project will have 366 apartments, 16 of which will be income-restricted.
