The founder of Noodles & Co. has finally sold his home in Boulder.
Aaron Kennedy, who founded the restaurant chain in 1995, sold his home at 7983 Valmont Road in Boulder for $7.4 million, making it the area’s highest-priced home sale in January.
The property was listed on the market in May 2018 with a $10 million price tag.
Built in 2005, the home has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and a two-car garage. The 15-acre property also features a pool, spa, pool house, walking path and barn.
Diane, Julian and Justin Astley purchased the 6,122-square-foot home from an LLC associated with Kennedy last month, records show.
Tyler Martini of Hyphen Real Estate Group represented the buyers. Liz Benson and John Hoeffler with WK Real Estate represented the seller.
