$7.25M Cherry Hills Village mansion tops November home sales

Cherry Hills Village was the setting for the highest-price local home sale in November.

The two-story, 17,841-square-foot mansion at 4949 S. Fairfax St. sold for $7.25 million last month.

The home was built in 2004, according to the listing. It has five bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a home theater, a workout room, a cigar or card room, a library with a wet bar and a climate-controlled wine cellar.

Exterior highlights of the limestone house include numerous patios, a zero-edge pool, fire pit, fountains and a circular drive.

Brandon and Jaclyn Perry purchased the home on Nov. 1, according to public records. It was sold by 4949 S Fairfax LLC, which purchased the property in July 2011 for $8.2 million, records show.

Casey Perry with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyers. Jeff Hendley with Compass represented the seller.
