The two-story home in the 4700 block of South Dasa Drive sold Oct. 4 to William and Sheila Walker, according to public records.
William “Willy” Walker is chairman and CEO of Bethesda, Maryland-based real estate financing firm Walker & Dunlop, which acquired Denver-based JCR Capital in 2018.
Sitting on 1.06 acres of land, the home offers 10,438 square feet of finished living space and an attached four-car garage, according to a listing.
The property was sold by Michael and Jane McDonald, who purchased the property in 2015 for $2.91 million, according to records, and had the home built.
