The home, located at 1625 E. 3rd Ave., sold Sept. 12 for $5.65 million, according to records. It was listed in June at $6.5 million.

Homes still for sale in Country Club include 380 Gilpin St., originally built for a book collector, at $6 million. At 160 N. High St., a home known for its celebrity-studded parties is asking $3.43 million, and a nearly century-old Tudor home at 120 N. Humboldt is on the market at $3.6 million.
