An apartment complex along Alameda Avenue in Denver’s Baker neighborhood has sold for nine figures.
EGMR Alameda Station QI LLC paid $109.6 million last week for IMT Alameda Station at 255 S. Cherokee St., according to county records. The purchasing LLC lists an office address that is in care of Maryland-based NewTower Trust Co.
The complex, which tops out at four stories, has 338 units, making the deal worth $324,260 a unit. The complex does not have a retail component.
The complex was sold by IMT Residential, which purchased it from developer Wood Partners for $84 million in September 2014, not long after construction was completed.
IMT still owns two big apartment complexes in Denver, IMT City Park at 1600 Fillmore St. and IMT Cherry Creek 4750 E. Cherry Creek Drive South, according to the company’s website.
