Xactly develops and markets sales performance software. The San Jose, California-based company moved into two floors of the building in October and has an option on a third floor, according to the Denver Business Journal.
Xactly told The Denver Post in December that it had 250 employees working at its Denver office, up from 75 a year prior. The company said its new office could accommodate up to 500.
The 25-story building last sold for $169.7 million in January 2017.
