Jennifer Osgood has joined Chipman Glasser. She focuses on commercial litigation.

Charles L. Borgman and Jennifer Gilbert have joined Ireland Stapleton. Borgman had been with Colorado Housing and Financing Authority and has degrees from the University of Iowa. Gilbert had been a former assistant attorney general and has degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Denver.

Paul Birnesser has joined Zocalo Community Development as vice president of finance and accounting. He had been with RedPeak and has degrees from Colgate University and the University of Texas at Austin.

Larry Pobuda has been promoted to executive vice president, general manager at Opus Development Co. He has degrees from Michigan State University and Northwestern University.

Ken Kuick

Ken Kucick

Ken Kuick is chief financial officer for Noodles & Co., effective Nov. 12. He had been with Vici Properties.

Melissa Heidman was promoted to executive vice president, general counsel and secretary.

Matthew Stern is operations supervisor of continuing medical education at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Flory Hamsta

Flory Hamsta

Jesus Navarro and Flory Hamstra are architectural designers. Hamstra has degrees from the Art Institute of Colorado and the University of Colorado. Navarro has degrees from University of Louisiana Lafayette.

Stephanie Joerger is an interior designer. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology.
