Valentia Building LLC and Bear Creek Plaza LLC purchased 105,944 retail square feet at 1907 S. Havana St. in Aurora for $8.45 million from William Penn Realty Inv. LLC. Riki Hashimoto and Daniel Grooters represented the seller.

Mikron Corporation Denver purchased 2.68 acres at Dove Valley V, Lot 7, in Englewood for $409,287 from Dove Valley Business Park Associates Ltd. Jim McGrath represented the buyer.

Salt Lendings Holdings Inc leased 6,785 office square feet at 1875 Lawrence St. in Denver. Jonathan Tilton, Thomas Lee and Mary Boyle represented the tenant.

Netronix Integration Inc expanded its industrial lease at 6510 W. 91st Ave in Westminster to 4,612 square feet. Steven Fletcher represented the landlord.

Colorado Urgent Care Specialists Inc leased 4,313 retail square feet at 7901 S. Broadway in Littleton. Carolyn Martinez and Michael Lindemann represented the tenant.

eShipping LLC leased 3,886 office square feet at 7000 E. Belleview Ave. in Greenwood Village. Jamie Gard and Meredith Ford represented the tenant.
