HRE Quebec LLC purchased the three-story, X-shaped building with an interior courtyard at 5600 S. Quebec St. in Greenwood Village last week, according to county records.
The office address for the LLC matches that of Chicago-based financial services firm Hilco Global, which has a real estate division, Hilco Real Estate.
The building is branded as Quebec Corporate Plaza. Tenants include law firm McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, marketing firm IMMERGE and Vector Property Services.
The structure was built in 1974 and is 163,285 square feet, according to a LoopNet listing. That works out to a sale price of $110 per square foot.
The property was sold by Colorado Springs-based Griffis/Blessing, which purchased it in May 2008.
