A massive condo tower at Union Station has started filling its first-floor commercial lineup.

The Coloradan at 1750 Wewatta St. has signed on New York-based Kaffe 1668, a cafe serving lunch, breakfast and coffee with three locations in New York.

The Coloradan also leased 1,500 square feet to fitness studio Pure Barre, according to a leasing brochure. Cory Dulberg with NAI Shames Makovsky represented the tenant. Pure Barre, a national chain of barre studios, has 14 Colorado studios listed on its website.

The project’s tenant list also includes dry cleaner Revolution Cleaners. The brochure says the building is in lease negotiations with salon Blo, Denver-based clothing store A Line Boutique and San Francisco-based taco chain Tacolicious.

East West Partners developed the 20-story, $200 million condo project.

Brokerage firm Legend Partners, which is handling the retail leasing, did not return a call seeking comment.
