Ceria Beverages: Keith Villa, creator of Blue Moon Brewing Co., launched a new brand that will create a line of non-alcoholic beverages with THC as an ingredient. He is co-founding the company with his wife, Jodi. Ceria will be based in Arvada.
Hops for Homes: Thirty craft brewers will participate in the second Hops of Homes event benefiting Habitat for Humanity on May 12 at the Great Divide Bottling Hall in RiNo. Eight-hundred people attended last year’s event, which raised $20,000.
Beryl’s Beer Co.: The owners of the RiNo brewery have listed it for sale through Sanborn and Co. for $195,000. The landlord will take over the assets if the owners are unable to find a seller. The sale was first reported by Westword.
Thirsty Monk: The Asheville, North Carolina-based brewery opened in the former Deep Draft Brewing space on Monday.
Black Forest Brewing Co.: The brewery will host a grand opening celebration on Saturday in Black Forest.
Brewmented: The Longmont brewery will host an opening celebration on Saturday.
Brass Brewing Co.: The brewery opened in Colorado Springs on March 23.
Oasis Brewing Co.: The brewery had a soft opening for its Denver taproom over St. Patrick’s Day weekend. The grand opening will be on Friday.
Brewers Association: The nonprofit has released its 2017 study on growth in small and independent craft brewing. Craft brewers across the nation produced 25.4 million barrels last year, an increase of 5 percent over 2016. In 2017, there were nearly 6,300 operating craft breweries in the U.S.
Renegade Brewing Co.: In February, the brewery participated in the New York International Beer Competition and won Colorado Brewery of the Year.
Resolute Brewing Co.: On March 30, the brewery will host a Pint for a Pint blood drive at its taproom. Children’s Hospital Colorado will have a mobile team to draw blood from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Donors will receive a voucher for a free beer.
Bonfire Brewing: The Eagle-based brewery is continuing with its can redesign, launching its first new can of 2018. The WtFO Double IPA redesign joins two other cans that got new artwork last year.
Colorado Brewer’s Guild: The sixth annual Colorado Craft Beer Week will be March 31 through April 7. The week will kick off with Collaboration Fest. A full list can be found here.

Call to Arms: As part of the education-focused events during Colorado Craft Beer Week, Call to Arms will offer a sensory training workshop on April 2. The workshop will go over six common beer flaws.
Craft Beer Summer School: Seven breweries will teach classes on different styles of craft beer starting May 10. Classes will be held Thursdays through June 21. Participating breweries include Alpine Dog Brewing Co., Baere Brewing, Bierstadt Lagerhaus, Bruz Beers, Cerebral Brewing, CO-Brew and Intrepid Sojourner.
