The Denver International Airport has plans to fill out the mezzanine of Concourse B with more than 10 new restaurants and coffee spots. And it wants to change a brewery into a Great Divide.

The concepts proposed for Concourse B include chains like Qdoba and Shake Shack, as well as local restaurants Snooze and Frank Bonanno’s Osteria Marco. The new restaurants will take up nearly 30,000 square feet.

Tenants in the airport pay a base rent fee in addition to a percentage of their gross annual sales, which is paid monthly. Base rent from the restaurants will bring in $6 million to the airport.

The leases still need to be approved by Denver City Council and the mayor.
