After seven months on the market, a multimillion-dollar mansion in Englewood fetched the highest price so far in 2018.

Address: 39 Viking Drive

Sale price: $3.96 million

Stats: 14,200 square feet with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms; built in 2008.

Seller: Dana Fusaris, co-founder of a private equity. She purchased the home for $3.4 million in 2013.

Buyer: Matthew and Alyson Owens, according to Arapahoe County property records. Owens is a the CEO of Extraction Oil & Gas Co.

Listing broker: Katie Enterline with Hom Co.

The finer things: A hidden poker room in the basement, four-car garage, theater and wine cellar. The main living space features arched stone walls and massive wooden buttresses on the ceiling. Enterline said Fusaris spent $300,000 on the outdoor pool area, which includes a slide and shallow area for lounging.

  1. The property is in Cherry Hills Village not Englewood. Same county and zip, but different cities!
