A new beer garden has charged its way onto 38th and Walnut streets.
RiNo Beer Garden held its grand opening Wednesday at 3800 Walnut St. The bar was formerly home to Jake’s Sports & Spirits, which closed at the end of March.
The new beer garden has around 60 taps, highlighting Colorado breweries like Dry Dock Brewery, Avery Brewing Co. and Ratio Beerworks.
Storm Ireland and Silver Gordon, co-owners of Historians Ale House, leased the space from Andy Feinstein and Martin Chernoff.
Ireland said he wanted to replicate a German-style beer garden while still embracing Colorado style. In addition to local brewers on tap, RiNo Beer Garden will have several German beers, kombucha, wine, and whiskey.
