A Polo Club Circle mansion has nabbed the honors of highest-priced home sale for the second time in 14 months.
After hitting the market in August for $5.45 million, 32 Polo Club Circle sold Oct. 17 for $5.28 million, according to property records, just under the $5.32 million it fetched in August 2016.
It’s one of 144 residences to sell in the Denver metro for more than $1 million last month, according to data from multiple listing service REcolorado. That’s a significant uptick from last year, when only 95 properties priced above $1 million sold, while in 2012, only 52 properties crossed the seven-figure threshold.

Stats: Built in 1969, the 9,330-square-foot home features four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
Buyer: Brown Vacation Properties LLC purchased the home from Polo Club LLC, which managed by Jill and Ryan Ahrens, founders of film production company Argent Pictures.
Listing Broker: Josh and Linda Behr with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property.
The finer things: The home rests on 1 acre just a mile from the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. The redesigned interior features floor-to-ceiling windows, smart lighting, marble countertops and hardwood flooring on the main floor.
