He has been with Western Union for almost six years and previously worked as chief information officer at Symantec and Oracle. Sheri Rhodes will take over as acting CTO.

Cherwell Software made Mike Munoz its chief revenue officer. Munoz will lead the global sales organization. He was previously senior vice president of sales at Skyhigh Networks.

The University of Colorado Denver hired Genia Herndon as associate vice chancellor for access and enrollment, Meloni Crawford as assistant vice chancellor of student engagement and residential life, and promoted Carrie John to assistant vice chancellor and university registrar.

Luis San Martin was hired as the director of food and beverage at the upcoming Embassy Suites by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn in Boulder. Martin, originally from Ecuador, previously was general manager of food and beverage at The Maven Hotel.

KGA Studio Architects hired Brent Paul as designer and project manager. Paul received his Masters of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver.
D.L. Adams Associates promoted Ben Bridgewater to vice president of the firm. Bridgewater has been with the company, which provides acoustics services, for five years. He earned a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Kansas.
