Shave and a haircut – and two beers.
That’s the business plan at Saloon Cuts, a new barbershop and bar in Broomfield.
Customers can get both a hot shave and a cold brew: a $25 shampoo, hot towel treatment, neck shave and trim, plus a beer for around $3 a pour.
Owner Jared Broach opened Saloon Cuts in June, investing $100,000 to launch the enterprise at 2420 E. Midway Blvd. He said he’s making a 20 percent profit.
The lease: 5 years, $2,600 per month
The brews: 30 beers, local and out-of-state
The team: Four full-time barbers and a saloon manager
The boss: Jared Broach, elevator salesman by day, salon and saloon owner by night
