A Seventh Avenue house that once hosted the Finnish consulate has hit the market for $3.5 million.

The home, located two blocks south of the Denver Botanic Gardens, came online last week for the first time in three decades. The listing price is a $3 million bump from when its current owners purchased the two-story brick house in 1989 for $359,000, city records show.

The home served as the Finnish consulate in the first half of the 20th century, before the consulate moved to its current location in Highlands Ranch.

The stats: Built in 1922, the 6,819-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It sits on 0.29 acres.
