Apple is looking to add an office in downtown Denver.
The secretive tech giant is working a deal for around 15,000 square feet of office space and is close to a deal in the Dairy Block, according to several sources close to the deal who spoke on background because they are not authorized to speak publicly.
Apple also posted an opening for “App Development Consulting Engineer” on its job board May 2, the first non-retail active job in the area.
The maker of the iPhone would join tech stalwart Amazon, which BusinessDen has reported is looking to add an engineering office downtown.
McWhinney, the development firm building Dairy Block, declined to comment when reached by email.
Apple did not return calls and emails seeking comment.
