LDS Investments, LLC purchased a half-acre industrial site at 2687 W. Oxford Ave. in Englewood from Ronald and Jared Preeson for $565,000. Brian Baker represented the seller.

5 Palms Properties, LLC purchased a 40,725-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building at 1325 E. 58th Ave. in Adams County from Blue River Venture, LLC for $3.6 million. Tristan Sedbrook represented the buyer.

High Top, LLC purchased a 6,000-square-foot industrial condo at 775 S. Jason St. in Denver from Richard D. and Susan C. Paulsen for $675,000. Brian Baker handled the transaction.

Deep Space Systems, Inc. leased 2,163 square feet of office space at 10146 W. San Juan Way in Littleton. John Becker and Mike Haley handled the transaction.

Paladin Professional Group, Inc. leased 4,680 square feet at the Centennial Airport Plaza, 12200 E. Briarwood Ave. in Centennial. Bob Ambrosius handled the transaction.

Colorado People’s Alliance leased 786 square feet at 14707 E. Second Ave. in Aurora. Mary Jo Cummings handled the transaction.

Clarkson Creative leased 1,356 square feet at the 7200 E. Hampden Ave. in Denver. Jeff LaForte and Bob Pipkin handled the transaction.

Something Unique Designs, LLC leased 3,635 square feet at 8955 S. Ridgeline Blvd. in Highlands Ranch. Bob Pipkin and Jeff LaForte handled the transaction.
