The top scorer on the Denver Nuggets flipped a Cherry Creek condo – which he bought less than a year ago from retired Broncos star Demarcus Ware – for a tidy $125,000 profit.
Wilson Chandler sold his Cherry Creek North townhouse for $1.73 million in a deal that was recorded Tuesday. The 29-year-old forward purchased it for $1.6 million last May from Ware.
Chandler joined the Nuggets in 2011 and will earn more than $11 million as a base salary this season.
Broker Dawn Raymond with Kentwood Real Estate represented the buyer, EB One LLC, in the home sale.
“It’s a beautiful home, very sleek and open, in an amazing location,” Raymond said. “Everything is within walking distance.”
Located in the gated NorthCreek community at 105 Fillmore St., the 2,695-square-foot townhouse features three bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and five-piece bathroom. The home has an elevator and 24-7 concierge service.
Chandler is not the only Denver sports star involved in recent real estate transactions. Avalanche captain Gabe Landeskog recently bought a $2.5 million home in Hilltop.
