An active out-of-state real estate firm has picked up another pair of LoDo office buildings.
Stoltz Real Estate Partners added to its collection of brick-and-timber LoDo offices this week by acquiring buildings at 1900 Wazee St. and 1860 Blake St., Denver city records show. The buildings sold for $44.2 million.
Wazee Exchange is a 61,000-square-foot, red brick building at the corner of Wazee and 19th streets. That building is about 145 years old and was renovated in 2009. The other building is the Blake Street Terrace Building a block up at 1860 Blake St. That one totals about 90,000 square feet, according to a recently updated Loopnet listing.
MAVDevelopment sold both office buildings to Stoltz.
Stoltz is already familiar with office real estate in LoDo. The Pennsylvania-based firm bought downtown’s 18th Street Atrium and the Hedges-Atkins Supply Co. office buildings last year.
Stoltz also sold the Elephant Corral building to fellow Denver real estate-hungry firm Unico in February this year.
