Chick-fil-A has broken ground on a new restaurant at South Broadway and Dartmouth Avenue. The new location will be a 4,580-square-foot diner with a drive-thru window and outdoor seating at the intersection’s northwest corner.
Chick-fil-A bought the 1.18-acre lot it plans to build on back in 2014 for $1.95 million, Arapahoe County records show. The next closest place the get Chick-fil-A sandwich is the company’s location on River Point Parkway in Sheridan.
Closer to Denver, Chick-fil-A has spots at Colfax Avenue and Garfield Street and just across from Sloan’s Lake Park on Sheridan Boulevard.
