The Colorado Convention Center played host to the 24th annual Ski and Snowboard Expo last weekend. The three-day event, aimed at consumers, drew about 25,000 attendees to view more than 100 exhibitors. Items were priced between 30 and 70 percent off face value.
The expo drew both national brands like Armada and Burton and Colorado companies like Icelantic and Colorado Original Outdoor Products. Nearly 25 resorts set up booths, as well, including Arapahoe Basin, Vail Resorts and Jackson Hole.
Activities included slacklining, a climbing wall, a ski and snowboard school and live music.
Colorado’s expo is a sister event to the 34-year-old Boston Ski and Snowboard Expo, which will take place next week.
