Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors reports the following deals:

Elmiras Place LLC bought a six-unit apartment building at 2000 Elmira St. in Aurora from MTOLBS Inc. for $540,000. Matt Lewallen and Kevin Calame represented the buyer and the seller.

Jason Jenkins bought eight apartments at 4245 W. 70th Place and 7115-71712 Stuart St. in Westminster from Daylan F. Hamilton and Leah M. Hamilton for $740,000. Scott Fetter represented the buyer.

H & Z Properties LLC bought a seven-unit apartment building at 1961 Upham St. in Lakewood from Carver Apartments LLC for $690,000. Matt Lewallen represented the seller.

DTZ reports the following deal:

Jamieson St. John bought 7,484 square feet of retail space at 5155 and 5161 W. 80th Ave. in Westminster from Action Holdings LLC for $680,000. Tyler Bray represented the seller.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank reports the following deal:

Prologis leased 72,000 square feet at 1800 Wazee St. in Denver. Tim Harrington, Tom Lee, John Tilton and Jennifer Chavez represented the landlord.
