The residential construction boom in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood has now hit Federal Boulevard.
Patrick Guinness of Guinness Development is heading up a 20-townhome development at Federal Boulevard and 33rd Avenue. The project broke ground in October of last year, Jon Moseley of general contractor Moseley Co. said. The neighborhood will include four buildings, each with five townhomes.
The construction site covers about half an acre stretching south from 33rd Avenue. Federal 20 LLC bought the property last year for $1.6 million, city records show. Guinness did not return phone calls seeking comment on the project.
