Corona Cap LLC bought a 19,600-square-foot building at 821-827 Corona St. in Denver from Corona Plaza LLC for $2.150 million. Jules Hochman, Justin Brockman and Billy Riesing represented the seller, and Matt Ritter, Jeff Johnson, Cody Stambaugh and Peter Sengelmann represented the buyer.
Eco Real Estate LLC bought a 9,100-square-foot industrial building at 610 S. Lipan St. in Denver from Atlas Investment Company LLC for $635,000. Nick Schill represented the seller.
Mandan 94 Investors LLP bought a multifamily property at 1190 S. Sheridan Blvd. in Denver from Chocolate Chip Properties LLC for $810,000. Joe Hornstein represented the seller.
